Social Media Video Editor NewTwelve Weston, FL 33326 Job Summary We’re not just looking for someone who edits videos. We’re looking for a storyteller with a sharp eye for hooks, retention, and conversions — someone who knows that every second on screen is make-or-break. You’ll be editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) for personal brands, content creators, and local businesses. Strategic video assets designed to drive attention, leads, and sales. This role is for you if: You understand modern social content You know what a hook is — and how to keep people watching for 30-60 seconds You can cut long-form content into punchy shorts that are captivating You live and breathe CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut — whatever your weapon of choice is You understand pacing, stylized subtitles, b-roll, memes, zooms, and native platform formats You’ve got examples of your work that you can share with us

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year editing social content (must share samples) Ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding Fast feedback loops, zero ego, great communication skills Understand storytelling frameworks (hook, problem, solution, CTA) If you are interested, please include samples of videos you have edited along with your resume.
