Role:

We’re looking for someone with proven creative and social media skills, ready to grow deeper into a marketing leadership path. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator and team to produce engaging visual content and manage our brand presence across key social platforms. You will also have opportunities to expand into other marketing areas such as content strategy, digital advertising, and analytics. If you’re passionate about storytelling, love crafting scroll-stopping content, and are eager to broaden your skills, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

Typical Weekly Focus Video Editing & Content Creation

• Create and film engaging video and photo content with our product
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social, web, and email campaigns
• Repurpose raw footage into reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Create branded motion graphics and simple animations
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing team for visual storytelling
• Stay updated on video trends and platform-specific best practices Social Media Management
• Develop and execute content calendars for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
• Monitor engagement and community interactions
• Track analytics to inform strategy and optimize content performance
• Establish and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Growth & Learning in Marketing
• Assist in marketing campaigns, email marketing, and content writing
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
• Learn and experiment with tools for SEO, paid ads, and analytics
• Participate in cross-functional marketing projects as skills develop
• Employ modern reach out strategies to PR and News outlets

About You:

• 1-3 years of experience in video editing and/or social media management
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Capcut or similar tools
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects
• Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs well on each
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and expand into other marketing functions
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Has an understanding of current social media and video trends
