The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with additional experience in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects highly preferred. Must be located in the Tampa Bay area or willing to relocate, hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team of editors, creative directors, producers and animators to fulfill the needs of our clients video projects. Demonstrate innovative and creative storytelling, contributing fresh ideas to elevate narrative and visual engagement. Create engaging rough cuts, refined edits, and final cuts that meet creative and client standards. Perform color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance storytelling. Execute detailed audio editing and mixing for professional sound quality. Handle aspect ratio conversions for various delivery formats and platforms as needed. Ingest footage from various camera types, organize projects effectively, maintaining thorough file management and clear project structures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Video Production or relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience (minimum 4 years). Proven proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required). Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects (required). Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
