If you have an eye for aesthetics, love storytelling through video and photos, and thrive on staying ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging photo and video content on-site to showcase the property, amenities, and lifestyle Stage and style model units for filming and photoshoots Jump in front of the camera when needed—reels, tours, and TikToks included Keep a pulse on current social media trends and apply them to real estate content Collaborate with our marketing team to drive engagement and grow our audience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven content creation skills (show us your work!) Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera Experience with staging or styling interiors a plus Self-starter who can bring fresh ideas and energy to each shoot Part-time or freelance position with flexible scheduling.
