Content Creator/Video Editor Cutting Edge 2030 S Douglas Rd, Coral Gables, FL 33134 Content Creator & Video Editor Position Summary The Content Creator & Video Editor is responsible for producing compelling video content across all platforms and channels. This role focuses on short-form and long-form video storytelling that drives engagement, educates our audience, and supports our mentoring programs. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and helping construction business owners grow through impactful content. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and video snippets tailored for social platforms Edit educational YouTube videos, testimonials, and interview-style content with narrative structure and flow Collaborate with the Content Team to brainstorm and execute compelling video ideas aligned with brand messaging Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s visual identity and style guide Maintain an organized library of footage, templates, and reusable content Track and analyze the performance of content to guide creative improvements Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of audience engagement Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment Familiarity with social media platforms and current video trends Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects) Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 2-4 years of experience in video production or digital content creation About The Company At Cutting Edge, we’re redefining success in home improvement, real estate development, and mentorship.
