Together, we’re building something exciting, and we need a content creator to roll up their sleeves and make it happen. Job Summary We’re looking for a versatile Content Creator with exceptional video editing skills to produce engaging content for our podcasts, social media platforms, and online courses. The ideal candidate will excel in editing podcasts, creating short-form social media videos, incorporating B-roll, and managing social media posting schedules. Additional experience with creating on-demand courses using the GoHighLevel platform is a significant plus. This role offers exciting growth opportunities within our expanding creative team. Key Responsibilities Edit podcast episodes with professional polish, ensuring seamless audio-visual integration and high-quality output. Produce compelling short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for social media platforms. Incorporate B-roll, motion graphics, and visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Manage and execute social media posting schedules, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery across platforms. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align content with brand voice and objectives. Add captions, sound effects, music, and transitions to elevate video production quality. Organize and manage raw footage for efficient workflows and file management. (Optional) Develop and edit on-demand courses using the GoHighLevel platform, including video content, quizzes, and supporting materials. Stay current on social media trends, video editing techniques, and content creation best practices to keep content innovative. Perform color grading, audio balancing, and other post-production tasks to maintain professional standards. Meet deadlines while upholding creative excellence and attention to detail. Qualifications Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and social media content. Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Expertise in creating and posting content for social media platforms, with a deep understanding of formats, trends, and engagement strategies. Experience incorporating B-roll, stock footage, and raw footage to create cohesive and engaging narratives. Strong audio editing skills, including syncing, balancing, and enhancing sound quality. (Preferred) Experience creating on-demand courses or e-learning content using the GoHighLevel platform or similar tools. Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and audience engagement. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment. Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Canva) and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience editing long-form podcast content for YouTube or other platforms. Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and content optimization to maximize reach and engagement. Proficiency with GoHighLevel or other course creation platforms for developing e-learning content. Enthusiasm for experimenting with new content formats and creative strategies.
