The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and creative abilities, making it perfect for someone who is not only adept at handling office tasks but also possesses a flair for design and multimedia. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Create visually appealing content using photography, video editing, and motion graphics to support marketing initiatives. Utilize design software such as Adobe After Effects, Sketchup, and layout design tools to produce high-quality materials. Collaborate with team members on production design projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends. Maintain an organized digital archive of all creative assets, including typography and graphic designs. Support web design efforts by updating content and ensuring optimal user experience across platforms. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Proficiency in photography, video editing, motion graphics, and web design is highly desirable. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe After Effects and Sketchup is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
