Video Storyteller The Metiss Group 200 North Harbor Place, Davidson, NC 28036 Do you love the idea of working for a small business that is not only passionate about their growth but excited to invest in your growth and development? Do you have a deep understanding of how to connect with others, draw out their experiences, and translate them into compelling video content that resonates with a specific audience? The Metiss Group is seeking a collaborative full-cycle Videographer to create content that showcases our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for producing polished, high-quality video content that enhances our brand and engages our audience. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Davidson, NC.

Qualified Candidates Will:

• Possess 2 to 3 years’ full-cycle videography experience
• Have achieved a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Be fluent in “video production” – lighting, sound, composition
• Be an engaging communicator and excellent interviewer
• Embrace social media and engages effectively
• Provide references

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop video concepts and storyboards
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging
• Plan, shoot, and edit two new pieces of video content weekly
• Conduct site analytics, SEO optimization, and more
• Produce monthly webinars
• Design website graphics and enhancements
• Serve as backup to the Digital Content Manager
• Pursue continual education and training (learning tools like HubSpot, new apps)
• Understand how to apply analysis to track and measure progress/achievement
