Podcast & Video Editor + Social Media Assistant Granite Construction Services LLC Wake Forest, NC 27587 Stay Broke Business Consulting helps small business owners streamline operations and grow strategically. We’re launching a podcast and expanding our media presence—and we’re looking for a motivated, creative individual to lead our editing and social media efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited to build a portfolio and grow with a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

Responsibilities:
  • Edit podcast episodes (audio & video) using industry-standard tools
  • Add music, transitions, captions, and graphics for YouTube and social media
  • Create and repurpose content into short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Help manage and schedule posts across social platforms
  • Assist in tracking analytics and improving engagement
  • Collaborate on content ideas, brand direction, and guest promotion
Requirements:
  • Basic experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Familiarity with podcast/audio editing (Audacity, Descript, Adobe Audition, etc.)
  • Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and media
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment Preferred (Not Required):
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail design
  • Experience using Canva or other design tools
  • Background in marketing, media, or communications
