The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos that align with our brand’s vision, as well as engaging in post-production processes to enhance the final output. The BTS Multimedia Specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure that all visual content meets the required standards and effectively communicates our message. Duties Capture compelling photographs and videos for various projects, including events, marketing campaigns, and product showcases. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Edit and manipulate images using industry-standard software to achieve desired aesthetics. Manage all aspects of photo shoots, including lighting, composition, and equipment setup. Conduct post-production work, including video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. Maintain an organized archive of all photographs and videos for easy access and reference. Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and creativity. Assist in sales presentations by providing visual content that supports marketing strategies. Skills Proficiency in photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and camera operation. Experience in film production and video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. Strong photo editing skills with a solid understanding of photo manipulation techniques using Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and team members. A keen eye for detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Previous experience in sales is a plus, as it can enhance client interactions and project understanding.
