We’re looking for a creative, YouTube-savvy Video Editor who’s comfortable behind the scenes but knows how to make content shine on screen. You should have solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, and ideally 3•5 years of editing under your belt. If you’ve worked on content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, even better. Most importantly, we want someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a “whatever it takes” mentality to help our content and conferences stand out.

What You’ll Do:

Video Editing & Content Creation Strong experience editing “talking head” style content, testimonials, and storytelling and educational based video Skilled in cutting and assembling footage in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and Davinci Resolve is a plus) Ability to create compelling YouTube content with attention to pacing, hooks, and retention Experience editing short-form vertical content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels Comfortable working with B-roll, overlays, music selection, and color grading Capable of organizing footage, assets, and timelines in a clean, efficient workflow Videography Understanding of how to shoot simple A-roll and B-roll content (or willingness to learn) in a fast pace, run and gun environment Familiarity with framing, lighting basics, and audio capture for talking head setups Audio & Technical Support (For Conference Support as Needed) Basic knowledge of live audio signal flow and mic setup Willingness to assist with audio/video setup and teardown at company events Familiarity with programs like ProPresenter, basic projection, and lighting troubleshooting a plus Other Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the team and upcoming projects This role is collaborative and may support live events and internal media needs as well as YouTube content Still Interested?

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required 3+ years of experience editing video content, especially for YouTube or social platforms Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro is a must; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and Davinci Resolve is a big plus Experience creating engaging motion graphics for social media, YouTube videos, marketing campaigns, and internal use Comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or Apple productivity tools Familiarity with video streaming or recording software like Zoom, OBS, or similar tools An ” all hands on deck ” mentality•ready to jump in and help wherever needed A people person who enjoys building strong working relationships•this is a family-like environment, so save the drama for your mama!
