Our mission is to develop elite-level talent while creating unforgettable experiences for players and families across the state. We’re seeking a creative and motivated full-time Videographer to capture and produce high-quality video content that highlights our athletes, programs, and events.

Position Overview:

The Videographer will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering professional video content for a variety of platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use. This is an in-office position based in Tampa with frequent travel to training sessions, games, and events across the Tampa Bay region.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video footage of games, training, events, and behind-the-scenes content Edit video content for social media, marketing, and promotional use using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software Develop highlight reels, hype videos, and storytelling content showcasing our players and club culture Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content calendars and video concepts Organize and maintain video archives and content libraries Deliver projects on tight timelines while maintaining a high level of quality

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sports videography and editing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) Strong creative vision and storytelling ability Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Reliable transportation for travel to local events and facilities Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with photography, graphic design, or drone videography Familiarity with social media content strategy and analytics
