We are looking for a positive, passionate and professional videographer to help us shoot compelling, emotionally-driven long-form and short-form video content to showcase properties and continue positioning our brand as the top boutique brokerage focused on luxury condos. Our content types which we need you to help us shoot include the following:

• Luxury condo tours
• Preconstruction property interviews
• Lifestyle & neighborhood footage
• Informational/scripted (in studio) videos

As videographer, you will be communicating and working with our content team (CEO, Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Video Editor) and top real estate producers who are the best at what they do. You’ll play a key role in visually crafting the public’s view of Blackbook Properties through exceptional and creative video deliverables and sometimes still images (if you are only a videographer, please still apply). The work will include shooting raw long-form and short-form footage for studio interviews, property marketing tours, preconstruction project presentations, and broll for YouTube and social media outlets. We are looking for someone passionate about: 1.

Showcasing the luxurious side of life This is for a long-term employment relationship to shoot on regular but part-time basis. We are Looking for a Videographer who primarily: Creates high-quality video experiences for both interview and scripted formats Has experience shooting real estate and property marketing tours Understands content production and standards for various social media outlets Utilizes and creates drone film and b-roll footage for buildings Can film Neighborhood and City Spotlights Green screen filming if necessary Incorporates the brand identity and aesthetic into visually compelling deliverables

Requirements & Responsibilities:

At least 1 year of Video camera operation skills (exposure, lighting, composition and audio) Basic understanding of “on location” lighting and sound Capable of executing in direction from storyboards aligned to brand Knowledge of the Adobe CC suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop) Drone experience in Miami; License preferred Experience in social media content creation and management Bachelor’s degree preferred Have your own equipment adequate to complete the job function Have a valid FL drivers license and reliable transportation Fluent in English You must be open to learning and take/practice feedback. Requirements :

Understanding of Real Estate Photography Composition, Lighting, White Balance Excellent customer service/people skills Excellent communication skills The ability to plan out shoots efficiently for video, photo, and other daily tasks Great team player Understanding of HDR Bracketing An ability to learn and adapt to our comprehensive photography guidelines Internet connection and laptop computer suitable for quickly uploading large files Availability to take on assignments in the Miami area M-F and occasionally on weekends Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with our clients, team and support staff Well-organized, motivated, with an attention to detail and strong follow-up skills Receptive and accommodating to constructive feedback Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and technology Represent brokerage professionally at all times when dealing with our clients Valid Florida Drivers License and reliable transportation to drive throughout Miami to locations for shooting

Equipment Requirements:

Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode. Sony Preferred, but not necessary Lenses for shooting video
