Position Description We’re looking for a Videographer to increase our capacity, quality and diversity of content across owned, partner and social platforms — amplifying recteq’s brand and product story and increasing awareness and engagement among recteq’s growing fan base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving all aspects of the content process – from ideation, to shooting and editing. Reporting to the Marketing Director located in recteq’s Evans, GA HQ location, this videographer role be an integral part of the production process for the company. This role will need to be able to translate content goals and product benefits into winning ideas and execute quickly on those concepts. The videographer will work with recteq’s internal culinary experts and existing production team on dynamic techniques that will break through with consumers while remaining true to recteq’s brand look/feel/voice.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive all phases of video creation: pre-production planning, on-set direction/shooting, and post-production editing
  • Collaborate with marketing and department leaders to brainstorm, pitch, and execute video concepts aligned with brand and product goals
  • Select, test, and operate video, lighting, and audio equipment; stage scenes for optimal visual storytelling
  • Understand specific deliverables and asks around recteq products, brand and platforms in order to execute videos that deliver with minimal rounds of feedback
  • Edit footage using DaVinci software, including motion graphics and animation when necessary, optimized for web and social platforms
  • Tailor video content for social media, track trends, applying best practices for platforms like YouTube and Instagram (e.g. interesting visual hooks, dynamic editing techniques)
  • Organize and label video assets; maintain proper storage and archival of media, especially via Google Drive
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, team alignment, and quality standards are met.
  • Clean, organize, and secure all production gear to ensure readiness and longevity
  • Research and apply latest in AI technology and social content video techniques to ensure recteq content is as dynamic and interesting as possible
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 3-5 years in video editing, production
  • Expertise in DaVinci editing software
  • Proven experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
