•Summary We are seeking committed and technically skilled Production Team Members to help bring excellence to our worship gatherings and special events. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for behind-the-scenes ministry and a knack for using technology to create seamless and engaging worship environments. Experience with sound engineering, visual media, and service planning tools is essential. Potential Responsibilities Operate the sound board and manage audio levels for worship and speaking environments. Run visual presentations using ProPresenter, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate lyrics or slides. Manage livestream cameras, switchers, and camera placement to support in-room and online experiences. Support with stage setup, tear-down, and technical troubleshooting before and during services. Collaborate with the worship team, service leaders, and other production team members using Planning Center. Keep production equipment organized, updated, and in good working condition. Help identify opportunities to improve the production experience and contribute to team growth. The ideal candidate meets one or more of the following: Available primarily on Sundays (other days based on special events) Experience with digital soundboards Comfortable using ProPresenter and Planning Center Services Basic understanding of video production and camera operations Calm under pressure, able to problem-solve quickly in live environments Excellent communication and a team-player mentality Consistent, reliable, and attentive to details Whether you’re behind a camera, mixing audio, or helping run slides, your work helps people encounter the Lord without distractions.
