As a legal video specialist, you will be responsible for accurately recording the audio and video of legal proceedings. You must have reliable transportation to travel to assignments in Massachusetts and the surrounding New England area. Equipment will be provided. Candidate must have a secure location to store equipment when not on assignment. Your standard hours will be an eight hour shift; however, you must be willing to work flexible hours as required by assignments. You will work a minimum of 40 hours a week, based on assignments and work load. Our office is located in Millbury, MA and this will be your primary work location when you are not on assignment. A Hybrid work scenario can be discussed.

Responsibilities:

Accurately record the audio and video of legal proceedings Edit raw video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro Upload completed video assignments to clients Quickly resolve technical issues that may arise Enter job-specific information to company billing system Bill completed jobs and send invoices to clients Archival of video and audio footage Other duties as needed

Requirements:

Operational knowledge of video and audio equipment Able to learn new software applications Willing to learn multiple aspects of the business Comfortable with an ever-changing work environment Flexible with scheduling (assignment end times are variable) Flexible personality Able to lift and carry 50 pounds Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Comfortable with technology Able to adapt and troubleshoot on the fly Optimal candidate would have: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Prior employment as a videographer or work with audio/video equipment Prior experience using editing software to edit raw footage (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro)
