Real Estate Videographer HR for your Business Auburn, MA 01501 We are seeking a skilled and creative Part-time Real Estate Videographer to join our team to take on per diem video projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for videography, a keen eye for detail, and experience in real estate videography. This role involves capturing high-quality video content of residential properties to support our real estate clients’ marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production :

Capture high-quality video footage of properties, including interior and exterior shots, to showcase the property’s features and ambiance.

Editing :

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that highlight the property’s unique selling points.

Collaboration :

Work closely with photographers, clients, and the creative team to ensure the final product aligns with client expectations and brand standards.

Equipment Management :

Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.

Client Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.

Scheduling:

Manage and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of final videos.

Uploading:

Upload images/videos to company portal for reviewal by editing team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate videography or a related field. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc). Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
