Role:
We’re launching a golf-focused YouTube channel that blends competitive matches, challenges, and personality-driven content. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and ambitious videographer/editor to help us bring this vision to life. Filming starts next month, and we want someone who’s not just here to edit — but here to build something big with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Film 1-2 times per week (usually weekends) – average shoot is 4-6 hours Edit 4 longform YouTube videos per month (30-60 minutes each) Create 10-15 vertical clips per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Collaboration on pacing, storylines, and visuals is welcome. Upload final content to shared folders in an organized, consistent manner
What We’re Offering:
$1,000/month to start $1,500/month once the channel hits 10,000 subscribers + $500 bonus for any month we exceed 100,000 views 10% revenue share (YouTube AdSense, brand deals, sponsorships, merch) once monetized All filming gear provided (your own gear is a plus, not required) Opportunity to grow with the channel creatively and financially as a key member of the team. Open to negotiating exact details and will revisit as channel grows.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong editor with a cinematic, dynamic style (Adobe Premiere preferred) Comfortable filming outdoors and managing simple audio/video setups Experience with sports or YouTube-style content preferred Familiarity with YouTube golf creators is a major bonus Local to the Charlotte area and available weekends Interest in golf is a plus
