Toast Wedding Films, a company owned and operated by artists, is a rapidly growing wedding video company creating beautiful wedding films at a fair price. Toast prides itself on telling stories about people and not just capturing events. Our clients have entrusted us with capturing a pinnacle moment in their lives and we aim to tell their story with artistic integrity and attention to detail.

We have a great group of skilled and experienced freelance videographers in our collective, and now we are expanding the collective to include Drone Videographers! The ideal applicant is someone who takes pride in their work, represents themselves with professionalism, and approaches filming each wedding with the same artistic integrity they approach any of their creative endeavors. We deliver a quality product that requires we work as a mindful collective, with each contributor adding to the quality and integrity of our final films.

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED GEAR
One Must… Own a professional drone able to shoot at a minimum of 4k resolution and 60fps. Be able to fly at a wedding venue solo while managing all gear. Have reliable transportation to/from wedding locations. Provide open communication and feedback with our team regarding file sizes, details about the wedding experience, etc. Be able to upload footage. Have the ability to keep wedding footage for up to one month. Have a pleasant attitude, customer service skills, and professional appearance. Be able to provide two links to current work. MUST be FAA Part 107 licensed, and have liability insurance.
DRONE VIDEOGRAPHER TASKS
We are looking for drone operators to shoot scene-setting landscape video for about one hour for weddings in the region. (Most weddings are on the weekend and the exact time varies, but the usual timeframe is late afternoon or evening, around “golden hour”). If you are approved to join our collective, you will receive invites to drone needs in your area that you may submit a proposal to be considered. We will send wedding and venue details, as well as a link to upload the footage. Payments are submitted through direct deposit. We need a variety of shots to use throughout the video we will be editing. Must be FAA Part 107 licensed.
