un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ band seeking videographer for social media posts (brooklyn)  compensation: based on skill hey! we’re a brooklyn-based band that has a small but solid following (4k followers on tiktok, 2.5k on instagram, 3k monthly spotify listeners). we have a string of releases coming out this summer and really want to boost our social media presence by putting out more short reels and tiktok videos. our vibe is high energy and a little alt-y/dark and we play drums/bass/guitar. we’d love working with anyone who has a creative vision/ability to lead and direct and could help us promote our new music! think mini (10-20 second) vertical music videos, behind-the-scenes shorts, and maybe some lil trends? social media is def a tricky area for us as we LOVE making the art but struggle w promoting it! we could meet up and film content and have you edit it to the music, and you could get clips of our shows and really put your own creative energy into it. down to brainstorm together and see what we can do as a team (one of us does stop motion animation, maybe we can layer animation with video?). availability for us is mostly afternoons and evenings, but we can be flexible. would love prioritizing queer creators (we are a queer duo) and/or people early in their career/students, we can work out compensation based on what works for you but are on a bit of a low budget (with flexibility for sure, we want you to feel fairly compensated!). we’d probably meet up every week or two to plan for content, and you’d work around 5 hours a week from home and send us finished content. our band is a huge passion project for us and we hope to find someone who wants to grow their videography skills while also taking the work seriously.
