$30K – $34.4K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Video production Entry level Divinity Full Job Description Lexington Baptist Church is looking for a passionate and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Media Ministry Associate. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves ministry and production and wants to serve through technology. This position is part-time (approx. 25 hours/week, including Sunday mornings). In this role, you will assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of audio, video, and lighting equipment for Sunday services and mid-week events. You will support live video production, including camera operation, switching, and streaming, and operate or assist with ProPresenter during worship services. Additionally, you will perform basic edits of video and audio content for church communication and online distribution, maintain and organize production equipment and workspaces, and collaborate with the Creative Arts and Worship Ministries to execute high-quality worship experiences. Knowledge of digital audio consoles, stage lighting systems, ProPresenter, live video production environments, and basic editing skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to Sunday morning availability, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills.
