PHOTO AND VIDEO DETAILS
1. The video should be taken on a sunny day. 2. The photos should be at least 2MB each. 3. The video should be 4K-quality. 4. There should be no snow on the ground.
FOR MULTIPLE PROPERTIES ONLY
We will need a video of each property. 5. The video should be taken once the sign is up.
NOTE:
We will want to see the sign in the video before submitting payment.
SIGN DETAILS 1.
The for sale sign should say “For Sale By Owner”, not just “For Sale”, and include our phone number. 2. Signs can be found at Walmart, Lowes, etc.
