About Us:
PAC Lumber & Hardware is a family-owned and fast-growing company that specializes in building barndominiums, pole barns, garages, and custom homes across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. We provide building materials, custom design services, and full project management. We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager/Videographer to lead our content strategy and help grow our brand presence both online and locally.
Job Summary:
This dual-role position is responsible for managing marketing efforts and producing high-quality video content. You’ll work directly with ownership and the sales team to tell our story, highlight projects, and engage with customers across social media, our website, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, film, and edit videos that promote our services, document construction projects, and tell customer stories Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and leads Update website content and online listings to reflect current services and promotions Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies for better performance Collaborate with the team to schedule shoots at job sites and in-store Assist with graphic design, flyers, and other promotional materials as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in video production and/or marketing preferred Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and visiting job sites
