Minimum Position Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in film, media, production, photography, communications or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in video production, photography and digital storytelling, must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Special Conditions The department is especially interested in candidates with the following experience: Experience in higher education, nonprofit or agency environments
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects a plus)
Experience with live-streaming and multi-camera setups.
Drone experience and/or license preferred
3D Camera job experience including experience working with a stereographer on site. Work Schedule Monday

Positions Supervised Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting and audio recording
Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, color and detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Video Production and Photography:
Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content that supports the university’s marketing, branding and communications strategies. Work on a variety of projects including promotional videos, social media content, student and faculty profiles, event coverage and fundraising campaigns. Develop creative concepts and storyboards to guide production and storytelling efforts. Capture dynamic footage using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment. Edit videos with a focus on storytelling, brand consistency and audience engagement. Ensure all visual content aligns with university brand guidelines and messaging. Maintain the in-house studio and related equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Content Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team, academic departments, athletics and university leadership to develop multimedia content that enhances the university’s reputation and visibility. Identify and create content that engages key audiences including prospective students, alumni, donors and the community. Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging multimedia technologies to keep the university’s content fresh and innovative.
Duties & Responsibilities Digital Asset Management and Distribution:
Organize and maintain the digital asset management (DAM) system by adding and maintaining approved images and videos. Optimize content for various platforms including web, social media, digital advertising and broadcast. Work with cross-functional teams to distribute content effectively and maximize reach.
