• A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, along with prior law firm experience and relevant legal conflicts experience is required
• This position is 37.5 hours per week and requires candidates have the ability to work overtime as required

• Job Description:

• The company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst for its office.

The Conflicts Analyst reports to the Director of New Business Intake and works under the supervision of the Conflicts Attorney and NBI Managers.

The Conflicts Analyst will assist the Conflicts Attorney in processing, analyzing and determining existing or potential conflicts for all new matters brought into the Firm. This position will also assist in the clearance of attorney lateral hires, paralegals and other staff.
