SUMMARY:

This role will support solutions-focused content development and other marketing writing needs including content marketing, campaign support and website development activities. Responsibilities include copywriting, proofreading, content creation, providing messaging recommendations to internal partners, and conducting research and interviews. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of content creation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers, case studies and thought leadership articles that simplify technical concepts for a broader audience.
Develop original content that reflects business objectives and effectively communicate complex IT concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs), like engineers and developers, to gather information, draft and refine content for external publication.
Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy and consistency. Maintain a consistent tone and style across all materials.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content. Stay updated on industry trends, firm updates and sentiment of relevant audiences, and make informed content strategy recommendations.
Developing and maintaining a network of internal subject matter experts to be used as thought leaders on specific areas of expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or other related field and 1-2 years of related work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Commitment and adherence to Firm’s Core Values.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

As required, up to 5%
Sales, technical and/or creative writing experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Preferred experience working within the professional services and solutions industry.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
