Basic knowledge of UI design We are seeking a skilled Content Author with hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to join our team. As an AEM Content Author, you play a critical role in creating and managing content within the AEM platform, supporting our websites. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, designers, and developers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging content across digital channels. The AEM Content Author works with one of our 130 financial product teams alongside their UX team members, backend developers, and QA partners to fulfill their authoring needs to create, update, and test new pages for various projects. It is very important to work efficiently to produce pages ready to publish. Strong ability to fit into our culture of fast-moving teams who collaborate remotely and mainly communicate through video conference and chats is very important to be successful. AEM Authors assigned to product teams need to be patient and tactful as they advocate for best practices related to AEM and company design guidelines. This role requires excellent attention to detail and technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and publish content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Utilize AEM tools and features to author, manage, and update web pages, landing pages, digital assets, and multimedia content. Leverage AEM functionality such as components, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing processes. Work closely with marketing teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand content requirements and ensure alignment with overall digital strategies. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on content development and address any concerns or challenges. Support content migration activities as assigned, supporting larger website development and migration projects Provide training and author support to client authors and administrators Champion content management best practices by establishing standardized processes and documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability in content creation and management Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging trends and tools to enhance our content management abilities.
