What You Can Expect :

Ensure financial accuracy through precise billing and documentation verification. Drive operational excellence through seamless coordination with the Operations team. Generate comprehensive customer status reports to maintain service transparency. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex documentation issues through proactive monitoring. Perform detailed compliance reviews of trade documentation, including country of origin verification, IOR validation, terms of sale, and customs valuation. Resolve documentation discrepancies through effective communication with customers and international partners. Identify and escalate potential risks to protect organizational interests. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain superior customer service standards. Ensure strict adherence to Customs and Free Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic document reconciliation.

What You Bring:

Prior logistics experience and Brokerage experience – 2 years minimum. Ability to communicate persuasively and with confidence, professionalism, and authority at all levels of the business. Sound judgment, with a well-developed sense for risk identification, assessment, and management. Demonstrated experience in conducting reviews of compliance certifications, agreements, and regulatory procedural documents to determine gaps and opportunities for improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to confidential inquiries. Understand importance and meets deadlines. Must have familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations. Critical thinker, capable of discerning the nuances and subtleties of complex compliance issues. Bilingual in English and Spanish considered a strong asset.
