We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join client’s Digital Experience & Strategy team. This individual will lead the development and execution of content strategy for high-impact digital initiatives. The focus will be on creating clear, accessible, and user-centered content across web, mobile, and chat platforms. This position plays a critical role in ensuring voice and tone alignment with client’s brand while meeting regulatory readability and accessibility standards. You’ll be part of a diverse, collaborative team focused on accessibility and creativity. This is a new role, not a backfill, and comes with visibility across product and design teams. The ideal candidate will have strong UX writing fundamentals, a strategic content mindset, and experience creating inclusive, regulation-compliant copy.
Must Have’s:
4-6 years of professional experience in content design, UX writing, or related field.
Tools:
Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and/or Writer.
Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Write compelling and accessible UX copy for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.
Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Create and maintain content documentation, wireframes, and copy docs with readability assessments.
Partner with UX researchers to conduct interviews and usability tests to inform copy and interaction flow.
Apply consistent language and tone using client’s brand and style guidelines.
Contribute to evolving the content design style guide and governance documentation.
Support development of prototypes and wireframes from a content perspective.
Write with accessibility best practices and readability regulations in mind.
Ensure alignment of content across digital platforms with user needs and business goals.
Must Have:
4-6 years of professional experience in content design, UX writing, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience writing clear and engaging content for web/mobile apps and digital experiences.
Strong ability to write using defined voice, tone, and style guidelines.
Experience designing for accessibility and readability (grade-level standards).
Tools:
Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and/or Writer.
Exceptional editing, documentation, and collaboration skills. Nice to

Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments.
Exposure to content design in enterprise or public sector environments.
Experience with conversational UI content (chatbots, virtual agents).
