Entry Writer Salary Range:

$55K – $75K annually Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Entry Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely documentation for various types of entries, includingmercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, stronganizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare accurate andplete documentation for various types of entries, including: Commercial invoices Bills of lading Packing lists Certificates of origin Verify and validate entry information for accuracy andpleteness. Ensurepliance with relevant regulations and requirements. Meet productivity and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a related field (logistics, shipping, etc.). Strong attention to detail andanizational skills. Excellentmunication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of transportation regulations and prores is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Demands Office-based role with standard working conditions.
