  • Job Description:
  • Graphic design and copywritingfor client-facing (primarily) and internal print and electronic communications.

Ensure corporate brand/writing guidelines are followed. Write and edit internal and client-facing content, and assist in content planning/publishing. Create and design engaging and strategic collateral including PowerPoint presentations, flyers, fact sheets, and other written/visual pieces in support of GPS sales via channels such as email, salesperson-delivered material, video, digital pages, etc. The ideal candidate will possess experience and skills in both designing and writing. This job is responsible for providing analytical product sales support for a new or enhanced Global Transaction Services product or group. Key responsibilities include conducting product and market research, providing updates and reports on performance, and participating in the development of testing criteria for new products. Job expectations include driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams to package, market, and position leading solutions that address client challenges.
