Presentation and Learning Materials Associate Thayer Leadership West Point, NY 10996 • Hybrid work

Job Summary:

The Presentation & Learning Materials Associate will review and create visually captivating PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and educational materials while ensuring compliance with Thayer’s branding guidelines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Additionally, the position involves maintaining the presentation review process, organizing academic resources, and fostering open communication with team members and other departments across the organization, and requires strong problem-solving skills and an organized approach to deliver high-quality materials.

Responsibilities:

Assist with design review of Thayer program presentations (utilizing MSFT PowerPoint) to create engaging visual aids to support Thayer content, while adhering to established Thayer design/branding standards, and sourcing/copyright laws Assist with creating/updating visually engaging graphics (charts, icons, etc.) (MSFT PowerPoint) Assist with creating/updating baseline educational collateral and templates (learning journals, roadmaps, calendars, onsite agendas, slide handouts, etc.) Learn, maintain, and adhere to the presentation review process standard operations, allowing for continuous organization of academic materials, and tracking of product assignments Collaborate and keep open communication with teammates and other teams across the organization Other duties as required

Competencies/Skills Required:

Advanced PowerPoint design skills Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading and editing abilities Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred 3+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft Office Suite Educational content creation experience preferred

Job Type:
