- Position Summary
- Fully Remote role, candidates can reside anywhere in the US.
Must be willing to support CST. The position will support targeted advertising and marketing programs to prospective and existing ABH IL Medicaid members that promote ABHIL’s HealthChoice Illinois Medicaid program with a differentiated value proposition. + Help develop marketing programs and coordinate marketing strategies, vendors, creative, digital, compliance and legal to run campaigns in traditional and non-traditional media + Coordinate tracking of above programs and report out success of each tactic through tools such as tableau and working with call centers and various business leaders across the health plan + Assist with research in coordination with Membership and Provider Performance for additional improvements to program and continue to develop understanding of prospects and segmentation or sophistication opportunities. + Facilitate the development of project briefs and securing actionable insights, and encouraging dialogue to drive out “Why”.
- Required Qualifications
- + 5+ years of relevant experience with marketing and preference for experience in service industries + Solid business writing skills and experience presenting information both orally and in writing + Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving + Effective time-management, organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (i.e., SMS, email, digital advertising, website backend mgmt) + Understanding of Medicaid marketing preferred

00 – $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
