OPS Adult Education Recruitment Specialist Tallahassee State College Tallahassee, FL Join Our Team at Tallahassee State College OPS Adult Education Recruitment Specialist Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025 , is excited to announce a part-time opening for the position of OPS Adult Education Recruitment Specialist (Gadsden) with the Adult Education Department, Division of Workforce Development. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community. What You’ll Do TSC Adult Education (AE) Department provides a range of instructional programs that help adults get the basic skills they need to be productive workers, family members, and citizens. The primary program areas are Adult Basic Education (ABE), GED® Preparation, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting new students for the Department in the tri county area of Adult Education services, Leon, Gadsden, and Wakulla Counties. As an OPS Adult Education Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable student referrals and recruitment; assist with the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies; follow-up with potential students via phone or email; develop and conduct presentations for department, community, and partner events; assist students with applying and registering to the College; track recruitment efforts to determine best practices. Some travel is required.

Work Schedule :

25 hours per week; hours include day and afternoon (occasional weekend and nights required)
