Job Overview:
The Lebanon School District is seeking for candidate to service as the Counselor of the Adult Education Literacy Service Program. This is a part-time position, requiring at least 7 hours a week based on student availability during the day or evenings. This position typically works for 40 weeks during the year. The counselor will positively interact and build trusting relationships with students and community organizations, create a welcoming and empathetic learning environment for our diverse student population, resolve barriers to student attendance, provide referrals to community and transition services, provide career counseling, and administer registration & assessments of students as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 3 years of prior academic counseling experience
Pay:
• $30.00 per hour based on grant funding
