Adult Basic Skills Math Instructor Part Time (2025-26) Morris County Vocational School District 400 East Main Street, Denville, NJ 07834 The Morris County Vocational School District seeks (2) Basic Skills Math Instructors Part Time to work with adult students in person at our MCST- Denville campus.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a NJ State Licensed Teacher in academic area at elementary or secondary level. Teaching experience required; K-8 Math teaching experience preferred Comfortable and willing to utilize technology in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

This is a grant funded program that provides free instruction and practice in Basic Math skills for students ages 18 and older. Develop and facilitate lessons that incorporate reading, listening and speaking activities. Develop and facilitate lessons that incorporate community, civics and employment topics. Strict attention is given to attendance and student outcomes. Available evenings from 6 to 8:30pm (two nights a week) and/or Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm. Available from September to June.
