In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital content and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. You will play a key role in digitizing documents, managing archives, and maintaining metadata to support efficient document management practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems and a strong understanding of compliance management. Responsibilities Manage and organize digital files using iManage and other content management systems. Develop and implement effective taxonomy for easy retrieval of documents. Oversee archives management to ensure that all records are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Digitize physical documents and ensure proper metadata is assigned for compliance purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance management standards. Maintain an organized filing system that supports efficient document retrieval and management. Assist in the development of best practices for document management and organizational processes. Requirements Proven experience with iManage or similar document management systems. Strong understanding of taxonomy development and archives management principles. Familiarity with digitization processes and metadata standards. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of compliance management practices related to digital content is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
