Full Job Description Position Summary:

While adhering to department and company policies, the Proof, Close & Bill Specialist role is to meet or exceed performance and quality standards, while maintaining a client specific portfolio of incoming files relevant to proofing files, closing files and billing procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Audit and maintain accuracy of all documents returned to the customers/clerk of court, Validate, maintain accuracy and integrity of Tracker data; ensure no duplicate entries, Organize, copy and prepare files for the Scan & Index team, Perform job duties in accordance with documentation standards in Tracker, system of record, Master client specific nuances’, Meet or exceed Key Performance Standards, Meet or exceed Key Quality Standards, Generate invoices, Back up team members, Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills): High School diploma or equivalent, Two years of verifiable work experience, Effective customer service skills, Professional communication skills (written and verbal), Experienced with
