Job Description
Archive Clerk Responsible for digitizing FamilyLife Archives by scanning items and organizing items into an archival records management system of the FamilyLife Archive Department. This position will be part-time per staff member for 4 to 24 hours per week and may be filled by more than one person. This position is ideally suited for a primary caregiver that has a couple hours a week to give.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scan archival documents and other items into folders or files and label appropriately.
- Transfer to digital formats: collaterals, photos, objects, cassette tapes
Record data of items in PastPerfect software or Excel spreadsheet or Google Doc. - Organize and catalog items in FamilyLife Archives.
- Assist the Archive Manager with projects.
