Responds to public information requests relating to permitting activities and research and provide copies of building records in writing, over the phone, and in person. Prepare building division documents for scanning; create and maintain an electronic filing system of the building records; dispose of building records under the Florida Department of State mandates; and performs all related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and six (6) months experience in records management, database management, or building permit processing experience. This position is represented by the Service Employees International Union.
