⚐ ⚑ ⚑ NC State Archives Research ‹ image 1 of 1 › 109 East Jones compensation: We can agree on an hourly rate. Then, I will pay you by Venmo or other electronic method the afternoon you complete the task. I live in Nevada but I have a need for records at the State Archives. The job will probably take about 4 hours plus travel to 109 E. Jones Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. We can agree on a rate and I will pay you a minimum of 4 hours. If it takes longer you can be paid for all your time. I need marriage records from 1984. The records are on micro-film and arranged by county. I will probably need records for five or six counties. The counties are mostly rural except for Pitt. I have done this but only at the county office. Those records were computerized. I have not been to the Archives but phone calls confirm the records are available and on micro-film. I am looking for a relative that was adopted and have very little information.
