Full-Time We’re seeking a Document Archivist to join our team full-time in Downtown Columbia. This position plays a key role in a large-scale archiving and preservation effort aimed at organizing, cataloging, and digitizing historical documents to ensure long-term accuracy and accessibility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and working with both physical and digital records in a methodical and organized way.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and categorize historical records and documents Digitize materials and ensure accurate tagging of metadata Maintain document integrity and follow archiving best practices Collaborate closely with team members and follow detailed instructions Utilize document management platforms such as OnBase (preferred but not required)

Ideal Candidate:
