We offer instructor-led painting sessions, candle making, and other hands-on creative experiences for both adults and children. Whether it’s a birthday party, a girls’ night out, or a quiet afternoon of creativity, our studio will be a vibrant hub for self-expression. As our first hire, you’ll help us shape the culture, curriculum, and energy of the space. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a creative business from day one. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Studio Manager & Art Instructor to launch and lead the creative energy in our studio. In this hybrid role, you will manage studio operations while also guiding guests through fun, engaging, step-by-step art and craft projects. Key Responsibilities As Studio Manager

  • Help establish daily operations and studio systems
  • Organize supplies and maintain inventory (paints, candles, brushes, etc.)
  • Manage scheduling for classes, events, and private bookings
  • Support marketing efforts (e.g., social media posts, community outreach)
  • Provide outstanding customer service and foster a warm, inclusive environment
  • Coordinate with the owner on growth, new offerings, and community engagement As Art Instructor
  • Lead fun and easy-to-follow painting classes for kids, teens, and adults
  • Instruct and assist with other creative projects (e.g., candle making, seasonal crafts)
  • Adapt teaching styles to different ages and skill levels
  • Encourage creative confidence and a judgment-free atmosphere
  • Prep class materials and guide clean-up after sessions What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for art, creativity, and teaching
  • Experience working with children and adults in a creative setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, positive, and confident in front of groups
  • Interest in entrepreneurship or small business development is a plus
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and grow with us
  • Flexible availability on evenings and weekends Compensation & Schedule Part-time to start
  • (approximately 15-20 hrs/week, including weekends)
