Our K-8 School is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Digital Arts Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. As the Digital Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive digital arts curriculum for students in grades K-8.

Responsibilities:

Develop and teach engaging and age-appropriate digital arts lessons to students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Integrate technology tools and software into instruction to enhance students’ creativity and understanding of digital arts concepts. Teach students various digital arts techniques such as graphic design, animation, video editing, and digital photography. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate digital arts projects across different subject areas. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them develop their artistic skills. Organize and supervise digital arts exhibitions or showcases to display students’ work. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital arts and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Previous experience teaching digital arts to students in a K-8 environment. Proficiency in industry-standard digital arts software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of digital arts techniques, processes, and concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and artistic expression.
