We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Art Teacher . The ideal candidate is a certified art teacher , with a minimum of 5 years teaching experience . The qualifications for this position include the following: Organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to implement a set curriculum Classroom management skills Classes will be located in our Amberly Place studio in West Cary. The schedule will require afternoon through evening hours as well as Saturdays . These positions are part time, 20-25 hours per week, depending on enrollment. The position offers $25-$35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. A background check is required, and you will receive a W-2. As the school is a new location, you will be assisting the owner in physically setting up the studios and recruiting our initial classes of students . The school will have small class sizes limited to 12 students per class. We provide all necessary supplies and a comprehensive curriculum serving students from preschool age through high school and beyond.
