COMPENSATION
Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote the learning and growth of all students and create a safe and effective classroom environment with cultural proficiency.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to make a positive impact on student achievement by supporting teachers in their efforts to maximize the effectiveness of their instructional practice through the integration of technology. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with administrators, teachers, and other school staff to strengthen all aspects of the instructional program. Perform relevant professional tasks or duties as may be assigned by the building Principal and/or his designee.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold appropriate MA DESE License.
Successful classroom experience teaching social studies at a middle school desired.
Experience and knowledge of current instructional strategies desired. Citizenship, residency or work visa required
