Myers, FL) TSI National is hiring a professional, energetic classroom instructor to lead state licensing prep courses for the insurance industry. This is a structured, high-accountability role teaching full-day classes to motivated adult learners. No prior insurance or teaching experience is required — we provide full paid training and all equipment. Ideal candidates are sharp, reliable, and fast learners who present well, speak with confidence, and take their schedule seriously.

Position Details Location:

Ft. Myers/Cape Coral (with up to 10% travel to Tampa, Orlando, Miami

• 100% company-paid)

Schedule:

Mon-Thu, 8:30 AM

• 5:00 PM (full-day sessions with breaks)

Compensation:

$20

• 25/hour + higher pay for Spanish speakers & video participation
