Miami, FL Onsite As a Teacher (Bilingual – English & Spanish) , you will beresponsible for – Empower Client by helping them thrive in the digital world andharness technology to achieve their personal goals. Trainers arethe face of CLIENT to Client; in addition to delivering CLIENTcurriculum and offering technology support, trainers serve as”brand ambassadors” and are responsible for communicating theCLIENT culture of excellence, curiosity, and attitude. Trainersteach CLIENT’ curriculum using books and online resourcesspecifically designed for Client. Trainers guide participants insending emails, exploring their interests online, connecting withfamily and friends on social media, banking online, starting smallbusinesses, and much more. Trainers are also fundamental increating a community of support among participants. Job description Teaching technology courses virtually and in-person using theCLIENT curriculum and approach Creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment Offering personalized support to callers on the Client hotlines Making outbound calls to Client members Maintaining professionalism at all times Representing and promoting Client culture and opportunities tocourse participants Engaging in regular communication with CLIENT staff, includingfeedback on site issues, curriculum, etc. Coordinating with site staff, including site visits, graduations,etc. Submitting paperwork in a timely manner Collecting surveys and evaluations Entering data into Salesforce database Participating in trainer meetings and other training events Recruiting participants, as needed Participating in special projects, as needed (ex. outreach,curriculum, etc.) Supervising volunteers who assist classes, as needed Degree ofautonomy and independent judgment

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English andSpanish – Hattian creole would be a plus Experience teaching teenagers, adults, and/or seniors,preferable Proficiency with Windows computers, iOS, popular social mediasites, and other common technologies/devices Ability to work independently and as part of a training team – Flexibility, patience, and a sense of humor Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional work setting Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $35/hr – $37/hr •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
