Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, positive, and engaging Spanish Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. The ideal candidate will lead classroom instruction with energy and enthusiasm, embrace student learning through best instructional practices, and contribute to a collaborative school community centered on faith and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver standards-based instruction in a student-centered environment
- Create a classroom culture that fosters respect, responsibility, and joy in learning
- Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and academic performance
- Incorporate faith formation and Catholic values into daily instruction and routines
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents, colleagues, and administration
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to meet the needs of all learners
- Participate in professional development, school events, and community activities
- Maintain accurate records including grades, attendance, and assessments
- Support school policies and uphold the mission and values of Catholic education
Qualifications:
- Classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to integrate technology and innovative practices into teaching
- Dedication to faith-based education and a willingness to model Catholic values
