K-8 Spanish Teacher (30 hours/week) Willow Oak Montessori 1476 Andrews Store Road, Pittsboro, NC 27312 K-8 Spanish Teacher (Pittsboro, NC) Willow Oak Montessori Charter School is a collaborative community of professionals passionate about engaging every child in an inspirational and individualized learning journey. The Spanish Teacher will be an important member of our enrichment team, helping our K-8th grade students to expand their view of the world and develop an appreciation for other culture as they learn Spanish. They will help develop and implement a course of study to teach students to communicate in and understand the Spanish language. The Spanish Teacher will demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for teaching the Spanish language and diverse cultures to all students. In doing so, the Teacher will consider and respond to each student’s interests and readiness, using a variety of hands-on materials to appeal to the senses of all types of learners, scaffolding lessons within and across content areas and grade levels.
